How long will it take to get my order?
From the time your artwork is approved, and we get a final count for the garments you want ordered, we estimate a 7-10 business day turnaround. However, if you are in a rush, and need something quick, we can more than likely accommodate. We love playing the role of the hero, so give us a call to see what we can do!
How much does the design cost?
Nothing! We don't believe in hidden fees and charging a bunch of add-ons. The price you receive on your quote is the price that you'll pay when your order is complete. No games, no extra fees. Please note, any 2XL sizes or larger is simply $2 more per item on any order.
Can I get samples before I order?
Absolutely! We want to make sure you are satisfied with what you are purchasing, and samples are a great way to do that. We have a wide variety of samples in our store, but if there's something specific you'd like to look at, just let us know!
What quantity do I get a price break?
We have price breaks at 12, 25, 50, 75, 100, 200, 500, and 1000. This allows you to have great flexibility when ordering!
How many colors can I get printed on my shirts?
We can offer up to 6 different colors on any screen printed item!
What if my items don't fit?
Sizing can be a challenge. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or re-prints if something doesn't fit the way you like. To avoid this, we recommend you work with one of our customer service associates, who can get you a sizing guide, and even order in a sample or two. Or, you can always order a few extras in each size when you place your order, just to be safe!
